Mrs Gulnara, the owner of this large traditional Uzbek house, is known for her warm hospitality and her personal touch as she makes an effort to know each guest by name. She is famed in Tashkent for her cuisine and the nightly "traditional Uzbek" feasts she lays on, which literally draw local people by the bus-load. At Gulnara B & B, guests can really connect with the local community here by enjoying a traditional feast in the persimmon lined courtyard.
